By day, I work in Diversity Staffing. My husband, Jared, is a software developer and all-around computer nerd. We live in Columbus, Ohio and travel as much as time and money allow. I often joke that I missed my true calling in life, and that I should have been a baker, caterer, chef, or even a writer. I have never pursued those career paths because I truly love the work I am doing now. Also, as long as cooking remains a hobby, I am free to make the things that I want to make, when I want to make them, and blog about them at my leisure.

Like all food lovers, Jared and I enjoy learning about food preparation and techniques and trying new recipes and restaurants. We both believe that food and dining out are important and enjoyable parts of daily life and travel. This blog is an attempt to chronicle our culinary adventures. We also invite any of our friends and family who want to join in the tasty blogging goodness to go ahead and add their two cents to our website.
